TY00 is a high alcohol tolerant yeast developed with a super high purity strain, low ordour pure fermentation,  achieving approx. 14% ABV over 7 days using 6kg of sugar, in 23 litres of water.  If using Brewing Sugar we recommend adding an extra 10%.

 Target S.G. 1.090at Optimum temperature of 20 ℃
